Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


Cancellation by Traveller

  • 100% booking fee refund if cancellation is made within 72 hours of booking.
  • 50% booking fee refund if cancellation is made within 1 week of booking.
  • No refund of booking fee for short-period or last-minute bookings.

Cancellation by UnTripZ

If a booking is cancelled by UnTripZ, customers will receive:

  • 100% refund, or
  • A replacement trip / rescheduling option, as preferred.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
